Inspiring the Next Generation of Anglers and Conservation Leaders in North Carolina

Through fishing, conservation, aquaculture, and community service, I'm working to inspire young people to explore the outdoors, protect North Carolina's waters, and become responsible anglers.

Hi, I'm Ayaan.
I'm a high school angler and conservation volunteer who created NextGen Angler NC to share my fishing adventures, teach the skills I've learned, organize monthly fishing challenges, and encourage others to care for our lakes, rivers, and coastlines. I believe every fishing trip is an opportunity to learn something new, respect nature, and inspire the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts.

My Mission

I created NextGen Angler NC to inspire other young people to enjoy fishing, learn about conservation, and protect North Carolina's waterways. By sharing my experiences, educational content, fishing challenges, and volunteer projects, I hope to encourage more kids and families to explore the outdoors while becoming responsible stewards of our environment.
